At Willow Hippie, every item is handmade and many products are custom-made just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that were ordered correctly but no longer wanted.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.

Please double-check spelling, personalization details, sizes, and product selections before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos showing the damage or error

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if the issue was caused during production or shipping.

Processing Time

Because most items are handmade and made to order, please allow time for production before your order ships. Processing times may vary depending on the product.
